Everyone answers I'm in or Can't make it. If someone drops out last minute, you ask for a sub from players in your city and the first to accept is in.

Does it cost anything?
No. The app is free for players.
Do I need a team?
No. You can join open pickup games in your city or offer yourself as a sub. You only need one for friendlies against another team.
How do you pay for the pitch?
The organizer sets the price and the app splits it between whoever's playing. Everyone pays however they like, by bank transfer or cash, and the organizer marks who's paid.
What if someone drops out last minute?
You ask for a sub in the app. Available players in your city get the alert and the first to accept is in. The accounts sort themselves out.
How is the result confirmed?
Both captains log the result. If they match, it counts toward the ranking and the stats. If they don't, moderation decides.
