Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the S7VN app (developed by José Pedro Almeida Brás) and what happens to your data.

Delete from the app

Open the S7VN app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by typing the requested confirmation word.

Deletion is immediate and requires no approval.

Delete without app access

If you can no longer sign in, email us from your account address at suporte@s7vn.app requesting deletion. We handle the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your personal data is removed immediately: name, nickname, photo, city, phone number, preferred position and other profile data, as well as your notification token. Your account is no longer visible to other users and data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.

What is kept

Match results and reviews you gave opponents are anonymised, they no longer identify you but are not deleted, so other players' history stays consistent. Security logs (access logs) are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
